Treasure Coast Food Bank has named Annabel Robertson and Ron Wise to key positions on its staff.

“We’re proud to have Annabel and Ron on our staff,” said Judith Cruz, President and CEO of Treasure Coast Food Bank. “They bring vast and diverse backgrounds to Treasure Coast Food Bank and will be great assets to us as we continue our work providing food to people in need in Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin and Okeechobee counties.  

Annabel Robertson has been named Treasure Coast Food Bank’s Chief Impact Officer, overseeing planning, fund development and partnerships.  A 25-year resident of Vero Beach, she brings more than 20 years of experience in operational management to the position, and has served several organizations focused on caring for people in need. As Executive Director of United Against Poverty, Indian River County, she created the Success Training for Program and also led the agency’s strategic plan and fundraising for its new 46,000-square-foot center. Most recently, she led the feasibility and planning of a new facility for the VNA & Hospice Foundation of the Treasure Coast while serving as Executive Director.  

Ronald “Ron” Wise Sr., a Washington, D.C., native and U.S. Army veteran, has been named Director of Program Services. He brings a wealth of experience in non-profits and logistics to the position. He worked as an Executive Director of the USO of Metropolitan Washington and Director of USO Airport Lounges at Regan National, Dulles, BWI, Fort Mead, and Andrews Air Force Base. Through his work with the USO, he coordinated events benefiting US service members around the world. Wise also worked as a Senior Logistics Associate for the American Red Cross International Disaster Unit, traveling to over 30 countries to move relief supplies. In Washington, D.C., Wise worked at the Capital Area Food Bank as director of Food Development and Director of Volunteer Programs.
